"We at Horne Developments (Midlands) Ltd first became aware of RFS consultancy back in 2006 when we were looking for a company to help us with a new build project in Hereford involving ten town houses and a nine unit apartment block. Architects, Bleazard and Galletta of Wem recommended Mark & his team to us: Mark was more than willing to travel to Hereford to appraise the project and draw
up a Health & Safety Plan for the project. This was not an easy task as the development was 20% built by a previous contractor who had gone into receivership with Building Control demanding that 50% of the build be demolished and rebuilt. RFS rose to the challenge and came up with a very workable plan.
